An Immersive New Feature Launch Event Showcased in a Cutting-Edge Digital Studio

What was the primary goal of this event?

The main purpose was to unveil a new product and highlight a range of new features.
We also aimed to tap into new customer segments by inviting well-known dental professionals to speak at the event.

Why did you choose us to produce this event?

We were highly satisfied with the event you handled for us previously, and we had confidence in your creative capabilities, which is why we entrusted this to you again.

What was the most important aspect of this event?

Since the event required attendees to give up four hours of their valuable Sunday, we placed great importance on ensuring that they walked away with meaningful insights—like the evolution of technology and the future of orthodontics. Equally important was creating emotionally resonant moments that made participants feel, not just think, “That was great.”

What was the most challenging part of organizing this event?

Coordinating with the guest speakers.
As we were inviting some of the most respected professionals in the field, we had to carefully consider how to highlight the cutting-edge nature of the venue and communicate the advantages of participating. 

Additionally, this was our first time organizing a hybrid event of this kind, so we were unsure of how it would come together until the day itself.

What stood out to you while working with us?

GP always brings a high level of creativity.
From spatial design that made full use of the venue’s features, to unique content presentation and audience experiences, you provided ideas that were truly a cut above the rest.

How did participants respond?

The feedback was very positive. The guest speakers also shared kind words such as, “It was an honor to be invited,” and “I’d love to use this as a reference for events at my own academic society.”

We also offered on-demand streaming, and interestingly, viewership remained consistent across all segments of the program. We believe this shows that the content was strong enough to keep people engaged throughout.

Do you feel that you achieved your goals?

Yes, we do.

How would you like to further develop this event in the future?

In today’s information-overloaded world, ironically, accessing valuable information has become more difficult. “Delivering information effectively” is a universal challenge for all companies, and we feel that we’re now competing for mindshare even against unrelated content like streaming platforms.

That’s why we want to go beyond just holding the event. We aim to implement various strategies to keep audiences engaged over time and broaden our customer base.

Were there any sustainability-focused efforts made for this event? (Including actions that resulted in sustainability, even unintentionally)

We fully utilized the venue’s existing equipment to minimize the volume of load-in/load-out. We also reused decorations from previous events, and even repurposed leftover catering dishes from last time, thereby avoiding the need for additional orders. Incidentally, all the food we served was eaten, so there was no food waste. In that sense, the event was quite sustainable.
