Joined the company as a new graduate in 2023. Born in Niigata Prefecture and graduated from the Faculty of Law, Meiji University. In addition to studying law in the area of information, Shoya has been working on regional development in Tohoku as part of his studies. He aspires to become a producer who specializes in regional revitalization events that can spread the "fundamental power of local regions" throughout the world.
