11th Event Expo Participation Report!

2024.10.11

Hello, this is Shigeta from GP! As July began, we could really feel the summer vibes…! Speaking of which, we headed to Tokyo Big Sight to participate in the “11th Event Expo.”

Seven of our new graduates joined the event, working alongside our veteran team members in order to deliver presentations!

For the first day, I’d like to share a report on the atmosphere and activities of the GP members that were at the venue.

What was the 11th Event Expo?

First, let me introduce the Event Expo. This event gathered all the products and services needed for organizing events. It offered various solutions for challenges related to “event planning and management,” “equipment and supplies,” and “event technology.”

Our company was participating with the hopes of meeting as many people as possible and forging wonderful connections! (In fact, this was our fifth time participating in the Event Expo!)

Introduction to the GP booth!

Upon entering the South Hall of Tokyo Big Sight and descending the escalator, you would have found a cool and chaotic space with a black-themed design. That was our GP booth!

We got a bit too enthusiastic and arrived way too early in the morning!

The theme of the GP booth was “GP-CAFÉ.”

Since the exhibition space at Tokyo Big Sight was vast, we set up many chairs to ensure visitors could take a break. We also invited a barista to serve cold iced coffee, perfect for the hot summer.

And then, our company presentation began! Our CEO, Kouhata, personally spoke to everyone about our company profile, achievements, and the effectiveness of our events.

Between presentations, we welcomed guests in front of the booth! With our vibrant newsletter and new direct mail in hand, we reached out to share the appeal of our events with visitors.

Our new first-year grads were hard at work!

Our new first-year graduates were also immersing themselves in the presentation materials, discussing how to deliver a presentation that resonates with the audience. They repeatedly took to the stage, engaging in trial and error… ^^

During these moments of presentation or proposal creation, I always recall a particular saying from our CEO, Kouhata:

“Presentations are like gifts.”

I aspire to speak in a way that allows those listening to take away something valuable, like a gift, after hearing our presentation!
