Hello everyone, this is Miyanaga from GP.
As the hot summer ends and the season gradually turns into autumn, Halloween draws nearer.

At Huis Ten Bosch in Nagasaki, which promotes the concept of “a world of dreams,” a limited-time “Halloween Festival” is being held this autumn.

Set in a European town, you can immerse yourself all day long in two different worlds; experiencing heart-throbbing cuteness during the day and unmatched horror at night. How amazing would it be to experience such a stimulating Halloween?

Immerse yourself in an electrifying day, both morning and night

Huis Ten Bosch’s “Halloween Festival,” held from Friday, September 13, to Monday, November 4 (holiday), offers two distinct worlds. In a picturesque European town, you can meet Miffy during the day for an adorable, heartwarming experience, and at night, you can immerse yourself in the addictive screams of true horror.

For example, during the day, you can enjoy “Miffy and Melanie’s Happy Halloween Parade,” where Miffy and Melanie appear in costumes with crowns, taking place in a magical setting. Moreover, this is the only place where you can meet Ghost Miffy, who will be making a special appearance as part of a greeting show, adding even more special content.

At night, the palace recognized by the Dutch royal family, “Palace Huis Ten Bosch,” transforms completely. The horror event “Haunted Halloween,” which was popular last year, opens as “Dark Huis Ten Bosch!” This year, it promises even more terrifying thrills, and it seems like you’ll be diving into a world of fear where screams fill the air.

The standout feature of “Haunted Halloween” is its overwhelmingly immersive setting, using a real palace as its stage—an experience only Huis Ten Bosch can offer.

Exactly what kind of horror experience is this—thoroughly pursuing the fear that people instinctively feel, set in an extraordinary space? From here on, let’s introduce all of the contents.

As the sun sets, the heavy iron gates in front of Palace Huis Ten Bosch open, and “messengers of darkness” like pirates and mummies begin to wander ominously, dragging their feet…

With dim, eerie lighting and creepy mist, the terror of pirates and mummies suddenly attacking guests at unpredictable moments pushes one’s capacity for fear to the limit.

The attacking messengers of darkness suddenly transform, and a chaotic feast unfolds with perfectly synchronized dancing!

Going from paralyzing fear to the sound of addictive music filling the air, you’ll find yourself dancing, laughing, and having a blast with the pirates and mummies! This chaotic space is an experience you might only receive here.

Despite the original fear, everyone ends up jumping around with smiles on their faces, creating an atmosphere of unity that is truly something to behold.

The immersive horror experience expands! The ultimate horror maze, “Mission in Silence ~Haunted Doll~”

The story of the horror maze “Mission in Silence” has been completely renewed.

In this event, a cursed doll that appeared hundreds of years ago holds the key to the story. You must search for a way to break the doll’s curse without being caught by the ghosts wandering the palace.

If you’re seeking true terror that makes your spine tingle, and leaves you feeling like someone is always watching, this is the perfect experience for the Halloween season.

The debuting “Miffy and Melanie’s Happy Halloween Parade” features Miffy and Melanie wearing crowns, riding on a special float decorated in a Halloween style with pumpkins. The float stops midway through the parade for a “dance time,” a new addition this year.

The number of bubbles has doubled compared to last year, creating a glittering space full of bubbles, where both kids and adults can dance together and experience an adorable Halloween!
