The Asahikawa City Citizen Activity Exchange Center, CoCoDe, is a public facility located on the eastern side of the redevelopment area known as 'Kitasaito Asahikawa,' near Asahikawa Station. It comprises two distinctive buildings featuring renovated red-brick structures that date back to the 31st year of the Meiji era. The Citizen Activity Support Building is used for organization meetings, courses, workshops, and meetings, while the Hall Building serves as a multipurpose hall used for lectures, seminars, symposiums, practice and presentations of music and theater, as well as various events.
