What was the primary objective of this event?
The primary objective of the event was to strengthen employees’ sense of belonging in the Rintosull Division while promoting a deeper understanding of the company’s philosophy. To achieve this, we focused on the following objectives:
・Fostering a culture where colleagues recognize and celebrate one another’s efforts and achievements.
・Creating opportunities for learning and reflection that help participants move closer to the ideal image of a Rintosull instructor.
・Deepening understanding of the FY2026 divisional strategy.
We wanted every participant to objectively evaluate their current position within the organization and strengthen their sense of connection with the division. By doing so, we hoped to inspire confidence that they could continue to grow and succeed in this environment while encouraging them to believe that they, too, could put our practices into action.
In addition, the event had several underlying objectives, including reducing employee turnover, aligning the organization around a shared direction, and accelerating the achievement of the division’s business goals.
Having taken into consideration how to best motivate participants, we placed particular emphasis on intrinsic motivation while also providing opportunities for employees to better understand external motivators such as rewards and career benefits.

Why did you choose GLOBAL PRODUCE for this event?
As the division reached an important turning point and prepared to move into its next stage, we wanted to create something entirely new rather than merely building off of what we had done in the past. We began looking for a company capable of delivering innovative ideas and compelling creative expression, and GLOBAL PRODUCE immediately came to mind.

What was your highest priority for this event?
Our highest priority was communicating, in a way that was both clear and filled with fresh excitement, that the division was entering a completely new stage unlike anything that had come before.

What was the biggest challenge in producing the event?
To be honest, we never really felt that there were any major challenges.
Perhaps that was because we developed the event by openly exchanging concrete ideas for every stage of the program, from the opening through to the ending. As a result, the entire process leading up to the event was something we genuinely looked forward to and filled with excitement.

What stood out about working with GLOBAL PRODUCE?
Three things stood out in particular.

・With every meeting, you developed a deeper understanding of our corporate culture and values, which steadily improved the quality and precision of your proposals.
・The final event concept evolved into exactly what we had envisioned from the very beginning.
We were able to create the event together with unprecedented feelings of excitement, energy, and unity.

How did participants respond?
Many participants commented that the convention had reached an entirely new level when compared to previous years, both in terms of its overall quality and its scale. We also believe that the event helped participants develop a much deeper understanding of the division’s strategic direction.

Did you achieve this event’s objectives?
Yes. We believe we fully achieved our goal of inspiring instructors and igniting their motivation toward accomplishing the division’s objectives for the coming fiscal year.

How would you like to develop this event for future iterations?
Going forward, we would like to continue evolving the event by focusing on the following areas.
・Introducing new production techniques and creative expressions every year to consistently deliver fresh value.
・Further enhancing audience experiences, including stage presentations and runway-style entrances, to express even greater respect and recognition for award recipients.
・Continuing to raise the standard of presentations while creating video content and visual storytelling that surpass this year’s production.
Beyond simply strengthening employees’ sense of belonging, we hope to foster a culture where people grow together with their colleagues, creating an even stronger sense of unity throughout the organization.

Were there any sustainability initiatives incorporated into this event? (Including initiatives that resulted in sustainable outcomes.)
While the event did not include any initiatives that were explicitly positioned as sustainability measures, we believe it naturally contributed to long-term organizational sustainability by strengthening employee engagement and supporting talent retention.
