What was the primary objective of this event?
The primary objective was to raise awareness of and foster the spirit of being “challengers who want to make a positive difference for everyone” throughout the Lawson Group.

Why did you choose GLOBAL PRODUCE for this event?
The main reason was that GLOBAL PRODUCE presented practical and effective solutions to the challenges we had faced in previous events, along with creative ideas that we felt would be exciting to implement. Throughout the orientation and the communication leading up to the proposal presentation, the team was consistently attentive and professional, giving us the confidence to entrust our project with them.

What was the most important priority for this event?
Our highest priority was ensuring that online participants remained engaged and could enjoy the event without losing interest.

What stood out during the production process, and what did you appreciate most?
The weekly progress meetings were extremely valuable because they allowed both teams to regularly review the project’s status together. We also appreciated the detailed confirmation and support provided for each individual task.
In terms of budget management, we were able to smoothly make adjustments thanks to the frequent opportunities to review and discuss the budget together. We sincerely appreciated the team’s thoughtful support throughout the process.

Taking everything into account, how would you like to further develop this event for future iterations?
We would like to continue refining the event so that it can further promote the ideology of “challengers who want to make a positive difference for everyone,” while also creating more opportunities for interaction across departments and group companies. Specifically, we would like to explore ways to provide deeper content for each speaker and improve the emotional connection between in-person and online participants, as well as optimize the event’s time allocation.
Ultimately, we hope to create an event where every Lawson Group employee thinks, “I want to be a speaker on that stage someday!”
