What we at GP strive for is to continuously create new value. Through this journal, we share our everyday challenges and initiatives—and this time, we are excited to introduce a truly innovative project unlike anything we’ve done before.

Its name is—“AI KOUHATA.”

In collaboration with AvaMo, an AI avatar video generation service developed by Offshore Company, Inc., GP has created an AI version of our CEO.
This “AI KOUHATA” is a super-multilingual AI capable of speaking more than 20 languages fluently.

Supported languages include English, Chinese, Hindi, and Spanish, as well as Arabic, Indonesian, Portuguese, French, Russian, German, Filipino (Tagalog), Malay, Turkish, Thai, Myanmar, Korean, Italian, Ukrainian, Nepali, Czech… and many more.

From major languages that cover the majority of the world’s population to those used in specific regions, this project enables us to deliver the “voice of our CEO” in people’s native languages to a wide range of communities—this is its greatest strength.

In addition to President Kouhata, Tsubouchi, one of GP’s young team members fluent in English, has also joined the project as an AI model. We are currently working hard to feature them on GP’s English website.

What Is “AvaMo”?

AvaMo is an AI avatar video generation service provided by Offshore Company, Inc.
Using images or video footage of a person, AI naturally recreates facial expressions, lip movements, and voice, automatically generating videos that look as if the person is actually speaking.

This is AvaMo’s editing interface. Simply select a background and an AI avatar, input your text, and you can quickly create videos supporting dozens of languages.

One of its biggest advantages is that you can easily produce professional-quality video content without arranging a studio or recording equipment. Even with no prior editing experience, I was able to create a video in just a few minutes. It truly feels like a revolution in video generation.

Why Did We Develop AI KOUHATA?

These core elements that form the foundation of corporate culture are best conveyed through the words of the leader themselves. Many of you may already recognize the importance of top presentations in events.

However, as we expand globally, we inevitably faced a major challenge: the language barrier.

Until now, top messages for overseas partners, clients, and internal members were primarily delivered as translated text. While we made every effort to ensure accuracy, text alone has its limitations.

Is the nuance really coming across?
Is the energy carried by the voice being conveyed?
Does the message naturally resonate within different cultural contexts?

The temperature, breath, and determination embedded in a leader’s words—
these cannot be fully expressed through text alone.

That is why AI KOUHATA was born. By naturally reproducing voice quality, facial expressions, and speaking style through AI, it delivers messages in multiple languages with a sense of presence—as if the CEO were speaking directly to you.

This is not mere digitization.
It is an entirely new communication method that delivers a leader’s intentions directly to the world.

Even if the language is different, the feeling remains the same.
AI KOUHATA will open the door to that future.

This project is only the beginning of our challenge. In the event industry, the demand for communication that transcends borders and languages is rapidly increasing.
