“GP AI Perspective Rendering Contest” Returns!

Last Update | 2026.01.30 COMPANY

Happy New Year!

I’m Kawashima—now in my second year as a working professional—and I go by Rinyo, not Aoi.

Thank you again for your continued support this year. As part of my New Year greetings, I’ve had more opportunities to visit many of you in person recently. To those I haven’t yet met, I would love the chance to schedule a visit soon!

Lately, one topic that keeps coming up in conversations is GP’s AI Perspective Rendering Contest, first held in July 2025. We’ve been delighted to hear feedback from clients such as, “What an interesting initiative!” and “The quality is incredible!”

Time passed—and then in December 2025, the contest made its return.

With perspectives that have evolved even further since the first edition, we are pleased to share a selection of the latest award-winning works.

Contest Overview

The announcement of this year’s contest came suddenly.

Our CEO posted a message in our internal Slack channel, outlining the challenge.

The theme was “IT Conference”—a genre of event that GP frequently produces. One key point was emphasized: while the ideas needed to be exceptionally creative, they also had to feel realistic.

Because perspective renderings allow for fictional and even fantastical expression, this time the focus was firmly on feasibility and real-world implementation.

Introducing the Award-Winning Works

We received an impressive number of submissions across the company. Let’s begin by introducing the entries from 6th place up to 1st.

6th Place — “Center Stage × Sustainable Materials” by Yume Maeda

This piece comes from Ms. Maeda, one of our most dynamic new graduates.

As you can tell at a glance, the entire event is composed around the motif of trees, creating a gentle and organic atmosphere.

The bridge extending toward the center stage is particularly striking. Sustainable, realistic, and seemingly ready to be built—an outstandingly polished concept.

5th Place — “Spiral LED × Red × Crystal Palace”by Toshiki Kadono

Created by our in-house AI powerhouse, Mr. Kadono.

Rather than starting with a specific conference theme, he generated the design from a purely visual concept, refining it through repeated brainstorming sessions with AI. The resulting textures feel remarkably real.

By combining special LED installations with stage architecture, he transformed the historic Crystal Palace—site of the first World Expo—into a futuristic and otherworldly space.

4th Place — “Zen × TECH”by Tatsuto Kawamoto

This work comes from our Head of Planning, Mr. Kawamoto.

The concept is an IT conference inspired by Zen—a philosophy and practice rooted in Buddhism. Look closely and you’ll notice that the stage resembles a dry landscape garden.

With a simple color palette and composition, the design strikes a perfect balance between realism and dynamic scale.

3rd Place — “From Armchair Theory to Real Debate — IT Conference”by Rinyo Kawashima

This one is my own.

The theme was: not armchair theory, but real discussion at the table.

Many revolutionary technological advances—like those in IT—began as bold ideas once dismissed as unrealistic. Returning to that origin, I turned the very place where thinking is born—the desk itself—into the stage.

The stage is modeled after a tabletop, and the LED screen becomes a giant laptop computer. I enjoyed adding a playful touch to the design.

2nd Place — “The Wave of DX”by Kentaro Yamamoto

Created by Mr. Yamamoto from our Administration Division, this piece expresses the wave of digital transformation through LED screens.

The design makes it feel as though a massive wave is surging toward the audience—extremely powerful in impact.

Rendered with the realism of three-dimensional LED advertising, it feels genuinely achievable. Personally, I would say this was the most visually striking perspective in the entire contest.

1st Place — “THE CENTRAL”by Rinyo Kawashima

Yes—this one is also mine.

In a single phrase, it is a relaxed yet stylish IT conference, like stepping into New York’s Central Park.

I focused heavily on prompt precision, reproducing even the suspension wires in the ceiling construction in fine detail.

Because realism was my top priority, this design could absolutely be brought to life.

I would love to recreate it for your next event.

7th–10th Place

Here are the works that placed from 7th through 10th.

Each of them reproduces even the smallest logo details and carries the realism of an actual event in operation.

They truly embody the spaces that GLOBAL PRODUCE values most—bold, emotionally resonant, and creatively daring.

In Closing

What did you think?

Even among the entries that did not make the final rankings, there were countless lessons and inspirations to be found.

As a leading company in the event industry, GP continues to push forward with the use of AI—enhancing the precision of our client proposals while nurturing each employee’s creativity and expanding how we think.

These two objectives move forward together.

The possibilities at the intersection of AI and events are only just beginning.

Please look forward to the next edition of the contest.
