Meet GP’s Project Teams!
Hello! This is Yoshimura from GP.
When people think of an event production company, they often imagine designing stage setups, planning creative direction, or managing production elements.
But behind the scenes, various teams are working together to shape the future of GP.
Today, I’d like to introduce some of the project teams that support GLOBAL PRODUCE from behind the scenes.
P&C TEAM

Let’s start with a classic one—the team I belong to: Human Resources.
Interestingly, GP does not have a dedicated HR department.
While our main role is event production, we are part of the Event Division and also take on HR responsibilities as a project team. The same applies to all the project teams introduced below.
I believe one of the unique strengths of GP is the ability to engage not only in event production but also in a wide range of other functions.
From new graduate recruitment and mid-career hiring to onboarding programs, training, and internal systems, we focus on people—the foundation of the company—and support GP’s future growth.
GP-MARKETING TEAM
This team is responsible for sharing GP’s value with the outside world.
It consists of three groups:
- A web team that manages and evolves our website
- A PR team that handles newsletters and press releases
- A DX team that improves internal efficiency
In fact, GP’s website receives a high number of page views compared to others in the industry, and we are grateful to receive many inquiries through it.
Recently, we have also been focusing on AI, and GP’s name has started appearing in AI-powered search results—which is pretty exciting!
By adapting to the times, this team continues to strengthen GP’s branding every day.
GP GLOBAL TEAM

As the name suggests, this team is dedicated to delivering happiness worldwide through events.
GP is seriously expanding its global focus.
One recent initiative is the launch of a new inbound MICE brand, “DRAGON EVENTS.”
This brand aims to share “Japanesque events” with the world—blending traditional Japanese culture with cutting-edge production.
By combining temples, shrines, unique venues, and traditional performing arts, we design experiences that allow guests to truly engage with Japan as a story.
We are also expanding partnerships with overseas agencies, and GP’s global presence continues to accelerate.
SAT TEAM

The SAT team is responsible for GP’s sales activities.
Rather than relying on conventional methods, they are constantly exploring new approaches.
Their current initiatives include refining and strengthening prospect lists for outsourced telemarketing, conducting site visits to build new connections, and re-engaging with networks that GP has developed over time.
Alongside the “pull” strategy of GP-MARKETING, the SAT team drives a “push” approach—ensuring no opportunity is missed.
They are truly at the frontline of creating GP’s next opportunities.
AI 500% TEAM

AI is rapidly becoming an essential part of society.
At GP, the AI 500% Team is leading the charge in maximizing AI utilization across the company.
They continuously explore how AI can be integrated into daily operations, aiming to improve both the quality and speed of work—and ultimately deliver even greater value in event production.
Recently, AI monitors have been introduced for all employees, and specialized AI training has been conducted for selected members.
A major new project is also underway—so stay tuned for what’s next!
Closing
Behind every event, many teams are working together in ways that are not always visible.
Each of them plays an essential role in supporting GP.
We may introduce more teams in the future—
(after all, there are still many exciting things happening behind the scenes!)
