GLOBAL PRODUCE 2026

Last Update | 2026.01.24 COMPANY

Thank you always for your continued support.

For the first issue of our New Year journal, I would like to share our initiatives at GLOBAL PRODUCE in the field of AI. I sincerely hope this article will contribute, even in a small way, to your own business. These are very real, hands-on case studies, and I believe they will spark new insights for many of you.

Over the past year, my personal “hobby” has been reading a large number of books about AI and watching YouTube videos on the subject on a TV monitor—laptop on my knees—while simply trying everything exactly as instructed.

Almost every day.

It sounds rather plain… extremely plain.

…Which is perhaps unexpected for someone in the glamorous world of event production.

Now then, let me quietly reveal what GLOBAL PRODUCE has been working on.

“Quietly,” I say—but this is our journal, after all. And my own policy has always been to be candid and transparent about everything.

STEP 1: Major Investment in AI-Focused Strategy for Our GP-WEB Team(Domestic and Global Websites)

SEO has long been a familiar term, but in recent years, website strategy has increasingly become AI strategy.

People—and companies—now search for business partners through AI.

In other words, your website must be one that AI chooses.

We undertook extensive measures, ranging from rewriting code to restructuring site architecture and strengthening public relations. The impact has been particularly visible on our global website.

In fact, we have even received inquiries from leading AI companies in the United States, and supported events they hosted in Tokyo—having been discovered through AI search.

This is precisely why AI-optimized websites are now essential for organizations like yours: they are the face of your company to the world.

STEP 2: Introducing Dedicated AI Monitors for All Employees

I have personally been working with a three-monitor setup for quite some time.

One day, while building a proposal deck, I realized something: there was always one screen where I was using AI—researching, designing stages, translating into English, or refining copy.

It was a simple thought, but a powerful one: What if we gave everyone a dedicated AI monitor? Wouldn’t company-wide AI adoption skyrocket?

With that in mind, I decided to purchase two vertically stacked monitors for every employee.

One of the advantages of being a 50-person venture company is speed. Once we decide, we move.

We placed the order immediately, and within days every desk had been equipped.

Today, every GP employee uses four screens:

  • Laptop monitor
  • Large display
  • Two dedicated AI monitors

We have only one rule: always keep AI open.

Surprisingly, it has become completely natural.

STEP 3: Welcoming a Dedicated AI Planner to GP

There are truly research-driven individuals in this world—people who can immerse themselves in a single topic for dozens of hours.

What GP needs is not a casual enthusiast like myself, but someone who can genuinely master AI and lead the entire company forward.

A professional with strengths in marketing and events, combined with deep knowledge of—and conviction in—AI.

As it turns out, such an ideal person was closer than expected.

Hitoshi Tanaka, a long-time partner of GP since our founding and a specialist in marketing strategy, had already become an AI expert several years ago.

He has now officially joined us as a GP Marketing Planner in charge of AI, and together we will transform every aspect of our operations.

I look forward to introducing him properly to you in 2026.

This is getting rather long… I hope our readers are still with me…

Let me continue.

STEP 4: AI Training — From Workflow Mapping to Section-Specific Utilization

I personally feel that using AI is, in itself, quite simple.

Of course, there are techniques, know-how, and constant daily evolution.

What we focus on is carefully mapping all workflows and dividing them into two categories:

  • tasks humans should continue to do, and
  • tasks that should be replaced by AI.

We then systematically design processes for those AI-driven tasks.

STEP 5: Internal GP AI Event Design Contests

(Two Editions: “Japanese-Modern Stage” and “IT Conference”)

To be honest—this has been remarkable.

We will be sharing the top-ranked works from our internal AI event design contests.

The design business itself is on the verge of transformation.

AI’s ability to generate images and videos has had an impact comparable to the introduction of firearms during Japan’s Warring States period.

Creating beautiful, striking designs is now easy with AI.

But that alone is not enough.

What truly matters is the individuality embedded in design.

From here on, the professional’s aesthetic sensibility and cultivated eye for beauty will become more important than ever.

STEP 6: Developing the Event-Producing Agent “GP-Earth”

Our single most effective salesperson is something we affectionately call “GP-WEB.”

With around 200,000 monthly page views—an unusually high figure for a B2B company of our size—it continuously introduces GP to the world and delivers valuable information to our clients.

And now…

We are developing an in-house No.1 AI producer that knows GP inside and out: “GP-Earth.”

We are assembling top-tier talent from both inside and outside the company, and—frankly—investing significant capital to nurture it.

I will be sure to introduce “GP-Earth” to you in detail in the near future.

STEP 7: Elevating Company-Wide Skills That AI Cannot Replace

These include:

  • meeting facilitation,
  • presentation skills,
  • aesthetic judgment, and
  • the ability to create emotion and empathy.

GP’s business is centered on producing events for people—an area that AI simply cannot reach at this stage.

As AI advances, we humans must sharpen the qualities that make us unique.

What the market seeks from us is not what AI can do, but the experiences created by the professional event skills of GP’s people.

These were our seven steps.

We have revealed quite a lot.

If even a small part of this proves valuable to you, I will be very pleased.

In 2026, the entire GP team will continue to create events with sincerity, intelligence, and dedication.

We would be honored to walk that journey together with you.

To conclude:
Keep it simple. Just do it.
We are always cheering you on.
