Beer Garden Open at Hilton Tokyo’s Rooftop in Shinjuku! Until September 30th

Hello, everyone! Kumaki from GP here.
Summer is in full swing now. Even if you’re not a fan of the heat, there are certain things that taste even better precisely because it’s hot. That’s right… beer! Beer is delicious no matter when or where you drink it, but it feels especially satisfying in the heat—the aroma of the malt, the smoothness as it goes down your throat, and if the glass is chilled? Even better. ♪
And the perfect event for enjoying beer is a beer garden! For those who might think, “A regular beer garden? I’m not sure how sanitary that is…”—this one’s perfect for you. Held on the rooftop of Hilton Tokyo in Shinjuku, you can rest assured by the mere presence of the words “Hilton” and “hotel.”
Inspired by a Mexican resort!

This beer garden is themed around a Mexican resort. Everything from the food to the drinks is filled with the flavors of Mexico. You can enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine supervised by the chef of the Embassy of Mexico in Japan, as well as beer, wine, highballs, and of course, Mexico’s signature spirit—tequila—served as original cocktails in a 90-minute free-flow. The set plan, which includes eight types of Mexican platters and 90 minutes of free-flow drinks, is a two-hour package starting at 7,000 yen (prices vary depending on the day of the week and seating type).

The food includes eight types of dishes; including but not limited to carnitas (slow-cooked pork), refreshing ceviche, freshly fried tortilla chips, crispy pork skin chicharrón, and guacamole. Everything sounds like it would pair beautifully with alcohol… ♪
A la carte options are also available for additional orders! Dishes like “Beef & avocado taco salad” and “Tuna aguachile & tostada,” with crisp tostadas topped with refreshing tuna aguachile, also sound incredibly delicious.
A wide variety of drinks

For beer lovers, options include five kinds of draft beer such as “Asahi Super Dry,” “Peroni Nastro Azzurro,” and “BrewDog Punk IPA,” along with three canned beers like “Yebisu” and “Corona.” The fact that there are five taps—not just Asahi—is a delightful surprise. ♪ There’s also a wide variety of other drinks, including red, white, rosé wine, highballs, ginger ale, and fruit juices.
Original tequila cocktails made with brands such as “Don Julio” and “Jose Cuervo” are also on offer! A dedicated tequila bar is available as well—with six types of tequila!
Even if you’re not usually a tequila drinker, this is a great chance to start with cocktails. Whether you’re a regular fan of Mexican food or new to the scene, why not take this opportunity to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine and local drinks? ♪
