Designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan, this Meiji era western-style building was completed in 1903 as a social hall for officers of the 11th Division of the Imperial Japanese Army. The exterior is designed in a simple Renaissance style, embodying the practical and modest nature of military architecture. The meeting rooms and grand hall can be used for concerts, various group meetings, ceremonies, exhibitions, and weddings.
