THE SORAKUEN
Venue Features
Established during the Meiji era as the private residence of a former Mayor of Kobe, "Sorakuen" encompasses a vast 6,000 square meter garden with multiple important cultural properties. Within this garden, the "Sorakuen Kaikan" has woven its history for over half a century as the "Guest House of Kobe." In December 2018, it was reopened with the theme of "Tradition and Innovation." Whether for weddings, events, parties, or dining at the restaurant or café, it has started its journey as a guest house where you can experience the essence of Kobe, alongside the changing seasons in the garden.
