Bringing the entire Daito Trust Group together around a shared vision. A large-scale management briefing held across three venues to realize the spirit of “ONE TEAM.”
In April of 2026, the Daito Trust Group Management Plan Briefing was held across three venues in Yokohama, Fukuoka, and Nagoya. Approximately 15,000 employees attended, making it a large-scale management briefing that brought together staff from across the Daito Trust Group, including Daito Trust Construction, Daito Trust Leasing, Daito Trust Partners, and other Group companies.
The event’s primary objective was to bring together all employees across the Daito Trust Group to deepen their understanding of the company’s future management strategy.
Rather than simply sharing information, the event was designed to gather every participant—regardless of location, job function, or position—around the same vision, encouraging each individual to think independently and translate that understanding into action.
From the proposal stage onward, the central theme was “ONE TEAM.”
The event was built around a three-step framework of Share → Understand → Execute, with the goal of ensuring that all employees received the same information, developed a consistent understanding across departments and Group companies, and ultimately transformed that understanding into individual action.
This year’s event also marked the final year of the Medium-Term Management Plan (2024–2026) while serving as the planning year for the next medium-term strategy. Positioned at the turning point leading toward VISION 2030, the briefing represented a significant milestone between the current and future phases of the company’s long-term vision.
For that reason, it was regarded as an especially important opportunity to share the Group’s achievements and challenges to date, while clearly communicating the strategy for the final year of the current plan.

What was the primary objective of this event?
The primary objective was to bring together employees from across the Daito Trust Group, allow them to experience the energy and unity of the entire organization, deepen their understanding of the company’s future management strategy, and create an environment where everyone could perform at their fullest potential.
By bringing the entire Daito Trust Group together once again for the management briefing, it became essential for senior executives to clearly communicate where the company is heading, what must be accomplished during the final year of the current plan, and how every employee should contribute toward those goals in their own ways.
Even during the proposal stage, the event was defined as the culmination of the Medium-Term Management Plan (2024–2026) and a bridge to the next phase of VISION 2030. In that sense, this was far more than a management briefing—it was an opportunity to unify the organization around its future direction.
Why did you choose GLOBAL PRODUCE for this event?
When selecting our event partner, we placed particular value on three areas: creative planning using LED panels, production capabilities for the networking reception, and the overall balance and strength of the project team.
For a management briefing of this scale, it is not enough to simply gather people and deliver presentations. It is essential to ensure that the key messages reach every participant, even in a large venue, while also crafting the perfect atmosphere for the networking reception that follows.
GLOBAL PRODUCE approached the project by considering the venue design, video production, event flow, and operations as one integrated experience. Rather than treating each element separately, the team focused on how every aspect could reinforce the central theme of “ONE TEAM.” We were also impressed by the team’s confidence and genuine commitment to making the event a success from the very beginning of the planning process.

What was your highest priority for this event?
Our highest priority was ensuring that the message reached every participant clearly, regardless of where they were seated.
Large venues naturally create challenges related to visibility, audibility, and maintaining concentration. To address these issues, the Yokohama venue featured five LED screens measuring 9 meters wide by 5 meters high, two additional LED screens measuring 3 meters wide by 5 meters high, and two 330-inch projection screens. This configuration ensured that presentation materials and speakers remained clearly visible from every seat.
A full-screen opening video was shown across all displays to capture the audience’s attention and establish the tone of the event from the very beginning. Careful attention was also given to the seating environment. In Yokohama alone, the venue accommodated 2,100 two-person tables, providing seating for approximately 4,200 participants. Rather than simply maximizing seating capacity, we wanted the venue to present a polished and unified appearance, so we produced 2,000 custom navy-blue tablecloths specifically for the event.
The networking reception was also improved, compared with previous years. Rather than maintaining a simple atmosphere, we wanted to create a more vibrant and celebratory environment, incorporating elements such as mirror balls and moving lights to elevate the experience.

What was the biggest challenge in producing this event?
The greatest challenge was delivering a consistent experience across all three venues. Each location—Yokohama, Fukuoka, and Nagoya—had different venue conditions and participant capacities.
To ensure that the management strategy was communicated consistently and that participants experienced the same sense of unity regardless of location, it was necessary to carefully coordinate every aspect of the production, including video, audio, venue layout, traffic flow, and operational planning.
On the event days themselves, unexpected situations inevitably arose, requiring immediate decisions. Throughout those moments, GLOBAL PRODUCE remained committed to finding practical solutions and continued working toward the best possible outcome until the very end, which gave us tremendous confidence.
During the post-event review, we also identified opportunities for future improvement, including LED visibility and positioning, table layouts, audio systems, networking reception decorations, and staffing levels. This reinforced just how much every individual element contributed to the overall participant experience.
What stood out about working with GLOBAL PRODUCE?
What left the strongest impression was the team’s willingness to go beyond logistics, working alongside us to determine what would make this event truly meaningful. From the proposal stage onward, you carefully considered how the concept of “ONE TEAM” could be expressed through the venue design, video production, and event flow. From preparation all the way through to execution, they consistently supported us as a true partner throughout the entire process.
On the event day itself, it was also clear that each member of the team contributed their individual strengths while seamlessly working together. For a project of this scale, the reassurance of having such a well-balanced team was invaluable.

How did participants respond?
According to the post-event survey, the overall participant satisfaction rate exceeded 80%. We believe employees experienced the event as more than simply a management presentation. It gave them a tangible feeling that the entire company was moving in the same direction.
Our post-event review also emphasized the hope that the briefing would serve not only as an opportunity to communicate corporate strategy, but also as a catalyst for every employee to share the same purpose and take meaningful action afterward.
Because of the size of the venues, thoughtful visual and spatial design played a critical role. By creating an environment where participants could clearly see, hear, and remain engaged throughout the program, we believe the overall understanding of the company’s strategy was significantly enhanced.

Did you achieve the objectives of this event?
Yes. We believe the event became a highly meaningful opportunity for employees across the Daito Trust Group to come together and gain a shared understanding of the company’s future management strategy. In addition, we feel that this event established a new benchmark for what a management plan briefing can be. Compared with previous years, it produced an exceptionally strong sense of accomplishment.
Under the theme of “ONE TEAM,” the event succeeded not only in sharing information but also in creating a shared sense of purpose and motivating employees to take the next step together. Designing every aspect of the experience—from video production and venue design to event operations—with that objective in mind made a significant difference.

How would you like to develop this event for future iterations?
Going forward, we would like to evolve the event from a place where employees gather to understand company strategy into a place where they can personally relate to that strategy and translate it into meaningful action.
As mentioned earlier, our post-event review also identified several opportunities for improvement for future editions, including LED visibility, table layouts, audio systems, networking reception decorations, and staffing levels.
Were there any sustainability initiatives incorporated into this event? (Including initiatives that resulted in sustainable outcomes.)
Starting from the proposal stage, one of our guiding principles was to minimize waste materials. Rather than relying heavily on temporary physical installations, we focused on using LED displays as the primary visual medium while maintaining excellent visibility and an immersive experience.
In addition, our post-event review confirmed that the custom tablecloths produced for this year’s event could be reused in future years. Being able to continue using these materials in future events represents a practical and sustainable approach to event production.
In conclusion
Bringing together employees from across the Daito Trust Group to understand the company’s future direction and move toward a shared vision, the Daito Trust Group 53rd Fiscal Year Management Plan Briefing became far more than a management presentation. It served as an important milestone, enabling the entire Daito Trust Group to take its next step forward as ONE TEAM.
The client also shared with us that they felt “a new model for the management plan briefing has finally taken shape.”
GLOBAL PRODUCE will continue transforming corporate visions and management strategies into engaging experiences that resonate even with large audiences, helping every participant deepen their understanding and turn that understanding into action.
