It was also an important opportunity to express gratitude to our long-time partners, expand connections among participants, and showcase the joy of creating events as an event company. The party was announced in early November, and on the day of, an impressive 280 guests—including clients, agencies, and partners—gathered to celebrate.

A grand welcome with live jazz

At the reception, our new employees, Satake and Saito, greeted the guests with warm smiles.

Right beside them, a live jazz band featuring a saxophone, harp, wood bass, and drums added a sophisticated touch to the atmosphere. In a special highlight, GP’s SDGs Advisor, Kanta Hani, dressed up as “Kanta Claus,” bringing festive cheer with an unexpectedly high-quality Santa impersonation that was a huge hit!

Being an event company, GP made sure to entertain guests from the very entrance, setting the stage for an exciting evening.

A casino & Club L?!

At the GP Café area, professional poker and roulette tables were set up, transforming the space into a refined casino area. With professional dealers present, the guests enjoyed lively conversations while engaging in classic casino games.

Meanwhile, the LABO area (normally the CEO’s office) transformed into Club L for the night! This space, known for its striking lighting, became even more atmospheric in the evening. The venue was hosted by Eru Kosuge from the Business Promotion Team, who personally served the drinks. The end-result was a chic, mature lounge experience.

Catering

Lined up in the main venue was catering provided by Shibuya Royal Service. They prepared beautifully-presented finger foods, perfect for a standing buffet. The drinks were also generously sponsored by the very same Shibuya Royal Service!

Additionally, for live catering, they provided prosciutto and Lodigiano cheese, which paired exceptionally well with the wine. The cutting, however, was handled by GP employees!

Highlights from Town Hall

At the TOWN HALL in the main venue, a Christmas tree decorated with congratulatory message ornaments from attendees stood tall, while candles and fairy lights adorned the windows, transforming the space into a fully immersive Christmas wonderland. Various programs unfolded within this festive setting.

The first event was the premiere screening of a drone-filmed office introduction video, which had never been shown internally before. The vivid footage elicited murmurs of excitement from the audience. Following that, President Kouhata delivered a The City presentation, passionately discussing the background of the office relocation and the vision for the new office, using a dynamic slide presentation. Then came the long-awaited toast! The honor of leading the toast was given to Mr. Matsunaga, CEO of Moving Forward Inc.

As the networking party began, attendees gathered in front of the screen for a live art performance by artist Sachiko Ohno. She brought the event to life with a performance that visualized the energy of the venue through her art, adding an extra touch of vibrancy to the night. Following that, a giant Christmas cake made a grand entrance! The enormous cake, lavishly topped with an abundance of fruit, was a rare sight, prompting many attendees to take photos. President Kouhata led the cake-cutting ceremony, which seamlessly transitioned into the GP promotion ceremony.

This time, Kawashima, Kawaguchi, Sakata, and Inoue were promoted to directors! Attendees warmly celebrated their achievements, making it a truly memorable moment for the honorees.

After the promotion ceremony, it was time for a bingo tournament! With extravagant prizes from Kanta Claus on the line, the adult attendees cheered with childlike excitement. Many participants eagerly requested numbers in English, calling out “Number ○○, please!” to Kanta Claus, who announced all the numbers in English. It turned out to be the most thrilling and engaging program of the night!

Before we knew it, the fun evening was drawing to a close.

For the closing remarks, Director & CMO Miyanaga took the stage to express her heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the event. Then, as a final surprise, a flashback video played, featuring congratulatory messages from attendees, recorded during the event itself! The end credits rolled, displaying the names of all the attendees, and creating a sense of unity throughout the venue. The video served as a powerful reminder of how many people participated and contributed to the event, highlighting the sheer scale of the celebration. Judging by the smiles and satisfaction of the attendees, the party was a resounding success, wrapping up on a truly high note.
