Choosing a venue with well-equipped built-in systems allows you to allocate more budget to other creative elements. This ultimately enables the design of a more immersive and extraordinary event experience.
Top Event Venues to Watch in 2026
Let’s take a look at some of the most exciting event venues opening (or scheduled to open) in 2026. These are all venues that our GP team is particularly excited about!
Box 1000

Scheduled to open in March 2026, this venue will be located near the TAKANAWA Gateway Convention Center, which opened in 2025.
- Area: 1,000㎡
- Capacity: Approx. 1,048 (theater-style)
- Equipped with sound, lighting, and visual systems
- Direct access from JR Yamanote Line “Takanawa Gateway Station”
The standout feature is its massive built-in LED screen (21m × 9m). It is rare for a venue to include such a large LED screen as part of its standard equipment—especially one that spans the entire stage.
Compared to traditional projector setups, this allows for brighter, clearer visuals and a highly immersive experience.

SGC Hall Ariake

Scheduled to open on Friday, March 27, 2026, this venue will serve as the core multipurpose hall within the new entertainment complex “TOKYO DREAM PARK,” developed by TV Asahi.
- Capacity: Approx. 3,500 (theater-style) / 5,000 (standing)
- Equipped with state-of-the-art audio systems and multiple green rooms
- 9-minute walk from Rinkai Line “Kokusai-Tenjijo Station”
- 5-minute walk from Yurikamome “Tokyo Big Sight Station”
A key highlight is its industry-leading immersive audio system. This venue will feature d&b’s immersive audio technology—introduced for the first time in a concert hall setting.
This advanced sound system significantly enhances the audience’s immersive experience, making it a crucial factor in increasing overall satisfaction.

TOFROM yaesu

Scheduled to open in 2026, this venue will be located in front of Tokyo Station’s Yaesu Central Exit, within the TOFROM yaesu complex. Notably, it will include two event spaces.

- Capacity: Approx. 800 (theater-style, tiered seating)
- Can be used in conjunction with a flat-floor conference hall and meeting rooms within the same facility

Bonus: LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY

Although this venue opened in 2024, we would still like to highlight it.
LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY serves as the home arena of the Chiba Jets, a professional basketball team in Japan’s B.LEAGUE. In addition to sporting events, it is highly suitable for corporate events such as family days, company sports festivals, award ceremonies, and conferences.

- Features retractable seating (2,200 seats on the first floor), a 423-inch center-hung display, and a 120-meter ribbon screen
