Hello everyone, this is Kadono from GP.

In November 2025, GLOBAL PRODUCE officially launched a new experiential event production brand called “DRAGON EVENTS,” created specifically for overseas companies planning inbound events in Japan.

As global interest in Japan continues to grow, we would like to share why we created this brand — and the kinds of unforgettable experiences we aim to deliver to visitors from around the world.

From “Event Arrangements” to “Producing Emotional Experiences”

In 2024, the number of international visitors to Japan reached a record high. Demand for hosting MICE events in Japan — including incentive trips, international conferences, and corporate gatherings — has also grown rapidly.

However, we consistently heard one common concern from overseas clients:

“There are companies that can arrange venues and manage operations, but it’s difficult to find a partner that can fully produce experiences utilizing Japan’s unique culture.”

Since our founding, GLOBAL PRODUCE has specialized not simply in operational support, but in “total production” — handling everything from concept planning and creative direction to on-site execution.

Rather than simply coordinating events, we believe in producing them.

DRAGON EVENTS was born from our desire to combine the “overwhelmingly unique Japanese experiences” international guests seek with the measurable impact required of business events.

The concept behind DRAGON EVENTS is “Japanesque Events” — a fusion of traditional Japanese culture and cutting-edge production technology.

With the goal of creating “Tokyo’s most exciting Japanese event experiences,” we offer the following three values.

1. Turning History Itself Into the Stage (Unique Venues)

Hotel banquet halls are not the only option.

We actively collaborate with unique venues such as shrines, temples, Noh theaters, Japanese gardens, and historical buildings throughout Japan.

Rather than simply renting these spaces, we incorporate the historical background and cultural stories of each location directly into the event experience itself, creating unforgettable moments that remain deeply in guests’ memories.

2. The Fusion of “Traditional Performing Arts × Technology”

At DRAGON EVENTS, we combine traditional Japanese performing arts — including Kabuki, Noh, and Gagaku court music — with the latest technology.

Inspired by ideas generated through our internal “AI Event Stage” competition held last year, we explore innovative entertainment concepts such as:

  • AI-powered Japanese-modern spatial design
  • Immersive productions blending anime and manga culture
  • Creative experiences unconstrained by conventional event formats

Our goal is to create entertainment experiences that feel uniquely Japanese while remaining fresh and globally engaging.

3. One-Stop Production Beyond Language Barriers

For overseas companies, one of the biggest challenges of hosting events in Japan is communication.

At DRAGON EVENTS, English-speaking producers and directors support clients throughout the entire process — from concept planning and venue negotiations to creative production, logistics, and on-site management.

Sustainability is also one of our core missions.
