Celebrating 15 Years of GLOBAL PRODUCE: Newsletter Vol. 30

Last Update | 2026.09.18 COMPANY

Hi! This is Kyoka Yoshimura from GP.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of GLOBAL PRODUCE, and to celebrate this milestone, we have published the 30th issue of our newsletter.

This special anniversary issue features a variety of content celebrating GP’s 15-year journey, including an invitation to our 15th Anniversary Party scheduled for October, Thanks Messages from four of our CHIEF PRODUCERS, and “GP HISTORY,” which looks back at the different offices we have called home over the years.

Reaching our 15th anniversary would not have been possible without our clients, partner companies, and every single person who has been part of the GLOBAL PRODUCE journey.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of you.

And here on GP Journal, we would also like to share the messages featured in our anniversary newsletter—with all our appreciation.

Creating “Moments That Move People” Around the World

Masaki Kouhata / CHIEF PRODUCER & CEO

To everyone who has continued to work alongside GLOBAL PRODUCE,

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude.

At GP, we believe that business events have the power to move people’s hearts and create positive change for the future.

The world is changing dramatically, and AI is becoming an increasingly familiar part of our lives. Precisely because of this, I believe the value of experiences where people come together in person and share emotions with one another is becoming even greater.

That is why we will continue to approach every project with sincerity and remain committed to delivering value that goes beyond expectations.

GLOBAL PRODUCE will continue to create “moments that move people” around the world, always remembering our gratitude to our clients, partners, and colleagues.

We sincerely appreciate your continued support.

P.S.

Over the past 15 years of running this company, there have been countless times when things did not go as planned, moments when I struggled to find the right answer, and times when the pressure almost got the better of me.

Even so, I was saved again and again by all the people who chose to walk this journey with us.

Thank you, truly. (≧▽≦)

Bringing the Value of Japanese Event Production to the World

Mayo Miyanaga / CHIEF PRODUCER, Director & Chief Marketing Officer

Looking back on these 15 years as one of GP’s founding members, our journey has certainly not been a smooth one.

When we first started, we had neither established systems nor much of a track record. We built our website through trial and error, sent letters to all kinds of companies hoping they would meet with us, and did whatever we could to get the business moving.

Our very first office was Kohata’s home. We even tore out part of a closet just to squeeze in a copy machine. And even then, we experimented with different inks and paper because we wanted our materials to look just a little better and make our clients just a little happier.

And when it looked like we might not reach our targets, the tension coming from our CEO was intense enough that my stomach still hurts a little just thinking about it. (Laughs)

But it was precisely this accumulation of small efforts, one after another, that shaped the GP we are today.

And the reason we have been able to come this far is because of everyone who believed in GP, gave us opportunities, and supported us along the way.

In 2026, GP’s ambitions extend far beyond Japan.

We now receive inquiries through our English website every day, and our operations have evolved to the point where we can provide full English-language support across the entire event process—from planning and production to live event direction.

We are determined to bring the value of event production born in Japan to the world.

The Power to Master—and Decide—That AI Cannot Replace

Tatsuto Kawamoto / CHIEF PRODUCER, Executive Officer, Chief of Planning & Head of Production Division 3

Across every part of society, the relationship between people and technology has changed dramatically.

Looking back at the 15 years since GP was founded, I am once again struck by just how much the world has changed.

As professionals who make events our business, what we need now is something AI cannot replace:

the power to master—and decide.

Among an overwhelming amount of information and countless possibilities, we must identify what truly matters and decide not only what to choose, but also what not to choose.

I believe that having the determination to take responsibility for those decisions will become increasingly important.

And in this new era, emotion will win.

Together with our clients and partners, GP will continue to evolve as a company that creates what comes after the event.

Of course, by the time another 15 years have passed and we reach 2041, I may be writing something completely different.

And I look forward to that change, too.

Thank you for reading to the end.

Becoming the Professional Partner Our Valued Clients Deserve

Hirotaka Fujiwara / CHIEF PRODUCER, Executive Officer & Chief of Sales Promotion

Our 15th anniversary.

At GP, we do not see this milestone as a destination.

We see it as a turning point toward our next VALUE UP.

Giving everything we have to every single project—that commitment lies at the very heart of why we exist.

GP’s value lies in its people.

People who never stop thinking, who take responsibility for results, who go beyond expectations, and who genuinely enjoy taking on challenges.

Over the years, we have continued to develop and bring together people who embody that spirit.

And yet, as an organization, we still have enormous potential that we have not fully unlocked.

As a management team, we will continue learning, experimenting, challenging one another, and constantly finding ways to improve.

Through that process, we will continue growing into the professional partner our valued clients truly deserve.

Let me say this clearly:

“GP can VALUE UP even more.”

At our 15th anniversary, GP is moving from being “a team that exceeds expectations” to “a team that co-creates the future.”

We hope you will join us as we move into this next stage.

In Closing

These 15 years are not a journey that we have built alone.

They are 15 years made possible by countless connections, every encounter along the way, and the warm support we have received from so many people.

We have been able to come this far because all of you have been part of our journey.

With that gratitude in our hearts, GLOBAL PRODUCE will continue creating moments that move people as we step forward together into the next 15 years—and toward the future beyond.

We hope you will continue to be part of our journey for many years to come.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support!
