A New Look for the GP STAFF Page: Behind the Scenes of Our Professional Photo Shoot

Hello! I’m Ishida from the GP MARKETING TEAM.

We’re excited to announce that the GLOBAL PRODUCE STAFF page has been completely redesigned!

As part of this renewal, we’ve updated the profile photos of every team member. Our goal was to create a page that better showcases the people working at the forefront of event production—highlighting each individual’s professionalism and unique personality more than ever before.

At GLOBAL PRODUCE, the most important element in creating exceptional events is people.

The people who develop ideas. The people who bring events to life on-site. The people who create inspiring designs and experiences. It is the combination of these different areas of expertise that transforms an event from concept into reality.

That’s why this photoshoot was about much more than simply updating profile pictures. We wanted each image to reflect the way our team members approach their work and the professional presence they bring to every project.

The photoshoot was led by professional photographer Yasuhide Joju.

Based in New York for nearly 20 years, Joju has photographed numerous internationally renowned figures, including Tom Cruise, Stevie Wonder, and James Brown.

His photographs documenting the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in the United States were also selected for the official book of the 9/11 Memorial Museum in New York.

Drawing on the perspective and artistic vision he has developed throughout his international career, Joju captured each member of the GP team in a way that expresses not only their individuality, but also their dedication to their work.

The portraits feature a minimalist black background paired with striking lighting.

By eliminating unnecessary visual elements, the focus remains entirely on the individual, allowing each person’s presence to stand out with confidence.

Looking through the finished photographs, you can sense each person’s profession, experience, attitude toward their work, and passion for creating unforgettable events.

Behind the Scenes: Capturing Professionalism

On the day of the shoot, the GP office was transformed into a professional photography studio, complete with full-scale lighting equipment. The people who usually work behind the scenes producing events stepped in front of the camera as the subjects.

Some team members appeared slightly nervous at first, but as they spoke with Joju, the atmosphere gradually relaxed. Before long, genuine expressions and natural confidence began to emerge.

Much like producing an event, photography is also a collaborative process.

Every detail—from the direction of the light and the angle of the gaze to the smallest adjustments in posture—was carefully refined to create portraits that reflect the professional spirit of GLOBAL PRODUCE.

As part of the renewal, we’ve also added a new section introducing our PROJECT MEMBERS.

Events produced by GLOBAL PRODUCE are never created by our in-house team alone.

We work alongside talented professionals across a wide range of fields, including directors, designers, system engineers, video creators, photographers, and many other specialists who contribute their expertise to each project.

These trusted partners share our vision and work toward the same goal of delivering successful events. Their collaboration is an essential part of what makes GLOBAL PRODUCE’s event production possible.

The renewed STAFF page features not only our employees, but also the PROJECT MEMBERS who continue to take on new challenges alongside us every day.
