Drawing on the “logic-driven creativity” he developed in the Design Course at Chiba University’s Faculty of Engineering, he creates detailed and strategic plans while bringing projects to life at remarkable speed through his exceptional drive and proactive mindset.

As a former band performer who spent his student years on stage moving audiences through music, he has a particularly strong passion for creating moments that emotionally resonate with people. Rather than simply managing events, he is dedicated to producing unforgettable experiences that leave participants with genuine goosebumps.

With his aggressive passion for “doing everything before he dies” and his versatile skill set backed by design expertise, he is ready to turn clients’ visions into outstanding results.

Shota Nakahara

Shota Nakahara is a producer who combines an overwhelming sense of speed with a reassuring presence that naturally brings teams together, creating waves of excitement wherever he goes.

Guided by the phrase “Everything will work out” from the manga Kingdom, he leverages the solid technical skills he developed at Fukuoka Design & Technology College, along with a positive leadership style that begins with enjoying things himself and spreading that enthusiasm to everyone around him.

In today’s increasingly digital world, he places strong value on “human warmth and passion,” striving to elevate events beyond simple gatherings into meaningful spaces where people truly feel they belong. He is sure to become a highly dependable presence capable of leading even the most challenging projects toward success.

Shuma Hiraga

Shuma Hiraga is a producer who brings clients’ visions to life through the steady reliability of a great tree and a sincere passion for his work.

Coming from a mechanical engineering background, he approaches every project head-on with precision and a philosophy of “working carefully and passionately.” His teamwork mindset, developed through basketball, combined with his natural warmth and openness, allows him to create reassuring communication with everyone involved in a project.

Driven by a strong admiration for content that moves society, he never compromises when it comes to creating emotionally impactful spaces that inspire participants to take their next step forward. His commitment to continuous growth makes him a next-generation talent who transforms trust into tangible results through skill and dedication.

NaHyun Kim

NaHyun Kim is a global producer who combines world-class multilingual communication skills with a naturally positive influence that brings happiness to those around her.

After studying International Management at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, she developed advanced English proficiency with an IELTS score of 7.0, while also cultivating a multicultural perspective shaped by her Korean, Thai, and Japanese background. Her bright personality and infectious smile are so uplifting that her family calls her a “Happy Virus,” as she effortlessly spreads positivity and energy across cultures and languages.

With a refined artistic sensibility inspired by her love of art and ikebana, she has a sharp eye for spatial design that values “light and color” much like a Monet painting. Her style uniquely blends logical business thinking with soft creativity. As someone who dreams of holding her own exhibition one day, her original ideas are sure to bring fresh perspectives and international flair to client events.

Shun Kasai

Shun Kasai is a producer who fills venues with positive energy through his honest ability to absorb knowledge and his naturally engaging personality.

Guided by the principle of “just do it first,” he joined GP after studying at Hosei University. His rare sincerity and ability to directly turn advice from others into personal growth form the foundation of the trust he builds within projects.

At the core of his personality is a pure passion for making people smile. Whether treasuring a wristwatch gifted by his best friend or valuing personal connections above all else, his warm and genuine nature leaves a lasting impression. Drawing inspiration from trends such as K-POP and art, he is dedicated to creating highly fulfilling events where not only participants, but also partner companies and staff members, can finish the experience smiling together.

Renya Ishiguro

Renya Ishiguro is an emotional producer who combines the logical thinking developed through his law studies with an intense passion for dramatic event experiences.

Calling himself a “goosebumps enthusiast,” he is deeply committed to creating moments that move people emotionally, pursuing immersive spatial productions where sound, lighting, and atmosphere become one. His obsession with details such as carefully selecting background music for each scene reflects the unique fusion of his analytical mindset and romantic creative sensibility.

Believing that “I need to feel excited first,” he uses the energy he has built through fitness training and sports fandom to bring positivity to every team he works with. He defines events as “a force that can change organizations and people’s behavior,” and through heartfelt communication, he pours his passion into transforming client expectations into unforgettable emotional experiences.

Erika Nishikado

Erika Nishikado is a producer who combines the international creativity she cultivated at Nanjing University of the Arts with a relentless determination to see every project through to perfection.

Holding the highest level of the Chinese Proficiency Test, HSK Level 6, and having studied music abroad in China, she possesses both a deep understanding of diverse cultures and a creative perspective that is simultaneously cool and delicate. Guided by a strong determination to “never stop until fully satisfied,” she transforms inspiration drawn from stage productions, films, and music into meticulously crafted event designs with no room for compromise.

Driven by a sincere desire to “create moments that can change someone’s life,” she approaches every detail on-site with care and dedication. She is a strong and passionate professional committed to creating emotionally rich and dramatic spaces where participants can share genuine feelings and leave inspired to say, “I’ll do my best again tomorrow.”
